Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Vice Regent of Gunung Mas, Efrensia Umbing, submitted a list of Budget Implementation Forms (DIPA) for Fiscal Year 2024 to the Gunung Mas Regency Budget User Work Unit (Satker).
In more detail, the Work Unit covered Kuala Kurun Religious Court Working Unit, Kuala Kurun District Court Working Unit, Gunung Mas District Prosecutor’s Working Unit, Kuala Kurun Airport Working Unit, Gunung Mas Ministry of Religion Office Working Unit, Gunung Mas Central Statistics Agency Working Unit, Gunung Mas Land Office Working Unit, Gunung Mas Police Working Unit and Gunung Mas Police Working Unit Gunung Mas Election Commission.
Following the mandate of the Central Kalimantan Governor, the Vice Regent delivered that the DIPA of the Fiscal Year 2023 should be immediately distributed to the budget users, expecting to retrieve Indonesia’s regional economy enhancement, particularly in resolving the current regional inflation matters. On the other hand, this budget implementation also aims to evolve public service with robust accountability, transparency, and good governance.
Based on her further statement, Gunung Mas Regency continues harmonizing regional policies toward provincial and central regulations. Moreover, the Regional Income and Expenditure Budget (APBD) utilization is focused on improving public services, education, health, and infrastructure.
Furthermore, she explained that the regional performance achievement targets, which refers to the macro performance index, include the human development index of over 71,99, a rate of economic growth of over 7%, a poverty level of less than 3.8%, open unemployment rate less than 2%, the Gini Index less than 0.24, and PDRB per capita of over Rp65 million annually.
This target is fully supported by sustainable regional development to elevate the welfare of society. As a result, the realization of the regional income has attained 83.56%, approximately Rp1.011 billion, while the regional spending absorption has reached 71.72%, equal to Rp956 billion until December 4th, 2023.
“The region needs support and cooperation from overall stakeholders to perform strategic development, expecting to achieve the community’s welfare and improve the public services in Gunung Mas Regency. Although an uncertain global situation still haunts numerous countries, we have to maintain the synergy to uplift the welfare of the District,” added Efrensia.
On the other hand, Head of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency Gunung Mas, Yantrio Aulia, delivered a report from the Regional Secretary (Sekda) regarding the details of the DIPA allocation for Regional Offices for Gunung Mas worth Rp119 billion. He appreciated the parties implementing the stipulated provisions and procedures to complete the Gunung Mas DIPA for Fiscal Year 2024 at the right time.
“I hope this strategic cooperation between the Regional Government and Ministry of Finance, represented by the Head of the Palangka Raya State Treasury Services Office (KPPN), can continue to be maintained and improved,” Yantrio said.
