Heaptalk, Jakarta — To invite soon-to-wed couples to create their perfect once-in-a-lifetime sacred and memorable moment, Mercure Jakarta Batavia has collaborated with Sky Wedding Organizer and 10 other wedding vendors to host an exclusive Wedding Open House themed ‘Heritage of Love in Batavia.’

“The event will only take place for one day on April 27, 2025, running from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (WIB) at the Nusantara Ballroom, Mercure Jakarta Batavia,” explained Jane Clements, Marketing Communication Manager at Mercure Jakarta Batavia, in a written statement in Jakarta on Wednesday (04/23).

The event is free to enter with prior RSVP registration, and couples will also enjoy free parking and exclusive souvenirs. Jane added, “This Wedding Open House by Mercure Jakarta Batavia is the second edition, following the success of the first one held on December 1, 2024.” She further mentioned that over 10 professional wedding vendors will be involved, covering decorations, photography, bridal services, wedding accessories, entertainment, souvenirs, photobooths, and more.

Special offers available only during the event include: Five F&B vouchers worth Rp250,000 each, five staycation vouchers, complimentary food tasting, and exclusive discounts from all participating vendors. “Not only that, we’re also offering a grand prize: a 3-day, 2-night honeymoon stay at Mercure Penang Beach with sea views and breakfast for two lucky couples, plus a free pre-wedding photoshoot in Japan or Bali, sponsored by Sky Wedding Organizer,” said Jane.

Paulus D. Karim, General Manager of Mercure Jakarta Batavia, emphasized that this Wedding Open House is a rare opportunity for couples planning their weddings. “You won’t just find the best wedding vendors in one place—you can also consult, enjoy exclusive deals, win grand prizes, and experience firsthand the modern yet elegant heritage wedding venue at Mercure Jakarta Batavia, perfect for inspiring your wedding theme. So, make sure you and your partner attend and enjoy everything we’ve prepared,” Paulus concluded.
