Jakarta, July 30, 2025 — Government spending through Indonesia’s e-Catalog system (LKPP) continues to demonstrate strong year-on-year growth. Transactions surged from IDR 83.6 trillion in 2022 to IDR 196.7 trillion in 2023, and reached IDR 223.81 trillion by Q3 2024. The implementation of the Electronic Catalog Version 6 (V6) also marks a major milestone, now hosting over 3.5 million products—including 2.9 million migrated listings and 615,000 curated entries by the end of 2024.
This upward trajectory underscores the role of procurement digitalization as a strategic engine of national economic growth. By enhancing domestic supply chains and widening market access—particularly for MSMEs—digital procurement has emerged as a key enabler in Indonesia’s path to achieving 8% economic growth.
In support of this mission, the Indonesia Catalogue Expo and Forum (ICEF) and the Indonesia Procurement Forum & Expo (IPFE) are coming together for the first time in a landmark national event, scheduled for July 30 to August 1, 2025, at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta.
Building an Inclusive and Sustainable Procurement Ecosystem
Held under the theme:
“Procurement Digitalization for Golden Indonesia: Innovation, Collaboration, and Sustainability”,

Government-Backed, Industry-Driven
This initiative is organized by LKPP in collaboration with Kadin Indonesia and the Indonesian Association of Procurement Experts (IAPI), and executed by PT Satu Tujuan Event. Organizers expect to welcome more than 15,000 professional visitors from ministries, agencies, SOEs, regional governments, and the private sector.
Strategic Focus: Electronic Catalog V6
A key focus of ICEF-IPFE 2025 will be the full rollout of Electronic Catalog Version 6 (V6). As mandated by LKPP Circular Letter No. 9/2024, V6 will become mandatory for all government procurement processes starting January 1, 2025.
The system is already integrated with the Ministry of Finance’s SAKTI and the Ministry of Home Affairs’ SIPD RI, promoting a faster, transparent, accountable, and UMKM-friendly procurement process.
While the system promises greater efficiency and oversight, challenges remain—such as vendor readiness, regional digital literacy, and interoperability across national and local systems.
“ICEF-IPFE 2025 is a key forum to expand local vendor participation in the digital procurement ecosystem and address implementation challenges collectively,” said Hendrar Prihadi, Head of LKPP.
Strengthening the Local Economy
Anindya N. Bakrie, Chairman of Kadin Indonesia, emphasized ICEF’s importance in boosting local industry, creating jobs, and driving domestic investment:
“ICEF is a concrete step in strengthening our industrial base and economic resilience.”
Andi Zabur Rahman, Chairman of IAPI, noted that IPFE has been a professional procurement platform since 2014 and will now have even greater impact through its strategic collaboration with Kadin:
“This partnership is expected to significantly boost economic growth by reinforcing domestic supply chains, empowering local suppliers, and improving procurement capabilities across sectors.”
Bambang Setiawan, CEO of PT Satu Tujuan Event, added that ICEF-IPFE 2025 will not only serve as an exhibition, but also as a platform for collaboration between government, enterprises, and MSMEs:
“We aim to provide participants with an educational and business-driven experience, contributing directly to the acceleration of procurement digitalization and national growth.”
