Jakarta, June 23, 2025 – Returning as a key industry event in Southeast Asia, the Indonesia International Baby Products and Toys Expo (IBTE) is set to showcase an even broader and more exciting range of products in 2025. Featured categories include Blind Boxes, Plush Toys, Building Blocks, Collectible Cards, baby and children’s toys, educational toys, AI-powered toys, stationery, maternity and baby care products, electronic appliances for children, personal care products for infants and kids, children’s essentials, and IP licensing merchandise.

Taking place over three days—from Wednesday to Friday, August 20–22, 2025—IBTE is specially curated to reflect global trends and cutting-edge innovations tailored to today’s dynamic market demands. With strong support from prominent associations and industry partners such as AMI, P4B, ASENSI, AIMI, ATPA, ATAA, and APMI, IBTE cements its position as the largest and most prestigious B2B platform in the region.

This year’s edition will feature over 1,000 booths from countries and regions including Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and more, occupying nearly 20,000 square meters of exhibition space.

🔑 Key Highlights:

1. Thousands of Innovative Products
Attendees will explore a curated selection of cutting-edge, solution-driven products from top suppliers and industry players. Popular toy brands such as Baby Three, Blokee, Kimmon, MLBB, Mr. Pa, Wakuku, and Kayou will also be in attendance.

2. Business Matchmaking Program
An integrated online matchmaking platform enables participants to schedule meetings with potential business partners before and after the event, opening doors to new commercial opportunities.

3. Seminars and Workshops
Engaging and educational sessions will explore key industry trends and business strategies. A highlight session, presented by TikTok by Tokopedia Indonesia, will provide exclusive insights on successfully selling baby and toy products through online marketplaces.

Additionally, the event will host a special IP Licensing Conference, organized by the Indonesian Licensing Association in collaboration with Chaoyu Expo. The session will feature speakers from the International Licensing Association and The Walt Disney Company, who will share valuable perspectives on global licensing trends, brand collaboration opportunities, and strategies for expanding intellectual properties in the character-based product and toy market.

4. Exciting Competitions
Daily contests will engage audiences throughout the expo. On Day 1, join the MLBB-themed cosplay contest (sponsored by Manyc); Day 2 will feature an exciting Tamiya race; and on the final day, experience the thrill of the Beyblade battle, sponsored by Hayidai. All competitions offer exciting prizes!

“This event serves as a vital platform for industry professionals to explore new opportunities, exchange knowledge, and foster collaboration in navigating today’s evolving market,” said Mr. Sutjiadi Lukas, Chairman of the Indonesian Toy Association.
“Direct interactions with trusted suppliers will give attendees access to high-quality products at competitive prices.”

Mr. Nelson Hou, General Manager of IBTE, added, “Over 40,000 visitors are expected to attend the expo—including professional buyers, retailers, concept store owners, creative industry players, and trend-savvy consumers. Their presence will drive new business connections, spark innovation, and strengthen the supply chain of the baby products and toy industry across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.”
