Heaptalk, Jakarta — Jakarta Fashion Week (JFW), one of the prominent fashion events in Southeast Asia, presents the Ramadhan Fashion Festival (RFF) 2022. This festival will be held from April 7th – 17th, 2022, with a hybrid scheme. The organizing of this RFF is one of the revival moments for the fashion industry that can bring back live fashion shows in Indonesia.
RFF 2022 exhibits six virtual fashion show series with modest-wear concepts accessible through the jfw.tv microsite. Also, this festival carries four fashion categories, including romantic, eclectic-chic, quirky, and essentials. The fashion themes presented are expected to become an Eid fashion preference.
The video-making process for this fashion show has been arranged at Pondok Indah Mall 3 and Intercontinental Jakarta. Several fashion brands participate in this festival, namely Bateeq, RTW Studio by Rinda Salmun, Everyday, SavLavin, Scarfola, Agnala, Batik Tepa Selira, Kar, Saul, Galashka, Studio Yasa, Nona, Starry, Holy Peony, Saul, Studiomoral, Nadjani, Batik Chic, Jenna and Kaia.
CEO of GCM and the Chairman of Jakarta Fashion Week, Svida Alisjahbana, expressed that her parties are pleased to organize the RFF festival to present live fashion to society after the COVID-19 pandemic hit Indonesia in the last two years.
Svida Alisjahbana added, “Ramadhan Fashion Festival is a great opportunity to reach a broader society throughout Indonesia. We also expect to connect retail ecosystems both online and offline,”
Ramadhan Fashion Festival adopts the Online to Offline (O2O) as its concept. This marketplace concept delivers an exciting shopping experience on offline and online platforms by providing See Now Buy Now features during live streaming of virtual fashion shows for audiences to purchase the exhibited product during the fashion show.
To implement an Online to Offline market ecosystem, RFF 2022 collaborates with Shopee Indonesia to give an online transaction with limited-time vouchers up to USD 3,48 and cashback up to 100% for new users.
Likewise, Multi-Label Pop Up Store managed by Fashionlink is also provided by JFW to grant people an offline shopping experience of RFF 2022 exclusive collections in Atrium Level 2, Pondok Indah Mall 3, Jakarta.
“Through this RFF 2022, we hope society, particularly modest-wear enthusiasts, will be more inspired and get an easier, faster shopping experience available on various offline and online channels,” uttered Svida (4/7).
Despite collaborating with Shopee Indonesia, Bank Mandiri also supports this RFF 2022 by providing exciting promos for seamless online and offline transactions. The promo applied for each transaction by debit card, credit card, and mobile banking of Bank Mandiri for the highest spend with the minimum transaction of Rp500,000 or USD 34,79 (USD1 equals Rp14,730).
