Regional apparatuses are asked to take accelerated steps to anticipate the 2023 revised budget which will be the largest in the last three years.

Heaptalk, Jakarta — East Kutai Regent Kasmidi Bulang expressed his gratitude to all parties who had organized the operational control meeting at the Aston Grand Ballroom, Aston Samarinda Hotel (06/27). According to him, discussion through this meeting could be a way to identify issues that must be resolved together in implementing the work plan 2023.

Closing the activity, Kasmidi asked all heads of regional apparatus organizations and all participants to improve their performance until the end of 2023. “Starting next month from July to December, (performance) progress is expected to increase even further,” he said (06/27).

This accelerated step is taken to anticipate the revised budget that will be disbursed in the near future. According to Kasmidi, all activities that have been planned must be implemented immediately as the funds for the revised budget will be quite large. He voiced, “Perhaps in the last three years, this year’s revised budget is the largest.”

He hopes that all regional apparatus heads can provide motivation to their respective staff to improve performance. Everyone who works in the Government of East Kutai Regency is a team that must provide the best service for the community.

“Please help the Regent and I carry out the mandate and the law until our term of office expires. The department heads, office heads, and district heads we have appointed must fulfill our promises to the community,” Kasmidi urged.

Further, he also asked the regional apparatus heads not to sort out priority work for the community since the success realized by each regional apparatus is an achievement for others.

“Execute the mandate as the head of the regional apparatus, district head, and other positions that are attached to all of you. Keep the trust and help our program succeed as we both carry the program of East Kutai Prosperous for All,” he concluded.
