Heaptalk, Jakarta — The East Kutai Regency Government reinforces its control over regional program implementation through the Fourth Quarter Operational Control Meeting 2024. The East Kutai’s Regency Secretary, Rizal Hadi, who represents Acting Regent Agus Hari Kesuma, led the agenda on Monday (10/28).
In his opening remarks, Rizali Hadi highlighted the significance of this agenda as a comprehensive evaluation mechanism, especially in ensuring that budget realization remains on track through the end of the fiscal year.
“This operational control meeting is part of our routine to assess the programs that have been implemented,” he added.
With the significant increase this year, Rizali expected that public funds would be managed carefully to benefit the community in East Kutai directly. According to him, budget efficiency has a tangible impact on society.
“We expect that this budget is truly maximized for the welfare of the people,” he affirmed.
Addressing the government officials’ presence, he emphasized that program accomplishment hinges on openness in tackling obstacles in the field. Through active communication and cooperation, all regional departments are encouraged to support each other in discovering effective, targeted solutions.
“If the challenges still occur, let’s discuss to find the proper solution,” he said.
