Heaptalk, Jakarta — Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS) 2024 officially opened on Wednesday (10/30) at ICE BSD, Tangerang. This year’s exhibition showcased automotive products from 60 exhibitors, including major brands like Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, TVS, Yamaha, Harley-Davidson, Royal Alloy, Royal Enfield, and Scomadi.

The chairman of the Indonesia Motorcycle Industry Association (AISI), Johannes Loman, emphasized that all exhibitors showcase environmentally friendly vehicles, which aligns with the IMOS’s vision this year.

This year’s IMOS spans a significantly larger area than previous events, covering a 15,000-square-meter space that includes indoor, pre-function, and outdoor regions surrounding Halls 9 and 10 at ICE BSD. As a result, visitors can explore an even more comprehensive range of motorcycle brands and models. At the same time, industry players gain an expanded platform to educate consumers and showcase the latest innovations.

Besides presenting leading automotive brands, IMOS 2024 also holds interactive programs for attendees, such as Test Ride sessions, Safety Riding Courses, Motoriding demonstrations, Minimoto showcases, and Dyno Contests.

For ticketing, regular online weekday tickets are available at a discounted rate of Rp25,000, while weekend tickets are priced at Rp40,000. Tickets can be purchased through the Auto360 app for a smoother entry experience. Weekday tickets are Rp35,000 for on-site purchases, and weekend tickets are Rp50,000.

“Motorcycles are a staple mode of transportation in Indonesia, with many users. That’s why exhibitions like IMOS are eagerly anticipated. Congratulations to the organizers for their hard work. May IMOS 2024 be a successful event,” Deputy Minister of Industry Faisol Riza conveyed during the opening. (10/30)
