Heaptalk, Jakarta — Dyandra Promosindo, in collaboration with the Indonesian Franchise Association (AFI), is set to host the IFRA Business Expo 2025, an international exhibition showcasing franchises, licenses, and business concepts. Departing from its previous format, IFRA 2025 will be held in two venues: Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD from April 25 to 27 and Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) from August 29th to 31st.
“We are targeting 25,000 visitors for this event,” stated Daswar Marpaung, President Director of Dyandra Promosindo, during a press briefing in Jakarta on Tuesday (November 26, 2024).
Explaining the dual-location strategy, Marpaung highlighted IFRA’s success at ICE BSD in the past year. “This success encourages us to continue hosting it there,” he affirmed. However, given its pivotal role as Indonesia’s economic hub, Jakarta remains indispensable as a venue.
The Indonesian Ministry of Trade has also expressed strong support for the event, emphasizing its significance for the growth of the franchise sector. Septo Soepriyatno, Director of Trade Business Development at the Ministry of Trade, commended Dyandra’s meticulous preparations.
“We deeply appreciate Dyandra’s initiative in organizing IFRA 2025. This event aligns with our recent issuance of Government Regulation No. 35 of 2024, aimed at accelerating the development of new entrepreneurs, particularly in the franchise sector. Our vision is to see Indonesia’s market dominated by local entrepreneurs,” Soepriyatno concluded.
With its expanded scale and strategic timing, IFRA 2025 promises to foster entrepreneurship and strengthen Indonesia’s franchise landscape.
