Heaptalk, Jakarta — After revealing detailed specification of OPPO Reno8 Series devices and new Internet of Things (IoT) on the pre-launch event last week, OPPO Indonesia officially launched the products on Monday (15/08).
The launch party was live-streamed through OPPO Indonesia’s official social media on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok (15/08). During the event, Oppo also introduced its new IoT devices, spanning True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earphones of Enco Air2 Pro and Enco Buds2 as well as the OPPO Pad Air tablet.
The official launch is the peak of introductory program for OPPO Reno8 in Indonesia, that comes on the heel after other several promotion activities, including portrait workshop, impressions of design and night photography features, and a launch event for media and influencers.
“Today, we officially introduce the OPPO Reno8 Series in Indonesia along with the new IoT device ecosystem. The presence of the OPPO Reno8 Series will open up various opportunities for user creativity, especially in portrait photography at night with the Ultra-Clear Night Portrait feature on the Reno8 Series. Meanwhile, the latest IoT devices will provide users with a seamless interconnection experience between devices for the OPPO device ecosystem,” said Patrick Owen, Chief Marketing Officer of OPPO Indonesia in a written statement.
Regarding product availability, OPPO Reno8 Series will be able for purchased gradually in Indonesia. Reno8 and Reno 8 5G are available in early stages, namely during the pre-order period of 15—25 August 2022.
Meanwhile, Reno8 Z 5G and Reno8 Pro 5G will be available in early September 2022 along with Enco Air2 Pro and Enco Buds2. The new OPPO Pad Air tablet will be launched in the next few months.
Consumers can order Reno8 through e-commerce specifically Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shopping, Lazada, JD.ID, Blibli, Akulaku, and Bukalapak as well as offline platforms through the OPPO Store network and official OPPO retail partners throughout Indonesia. Reno8 5G can be purchased exclusively online at Shopee with the added benefit of SPayLater 0% interest and installments up to 12 months.
OPPO Reno8 5G
Reno8 5G presents Dual Sony Flagship Sensors, the new generation IMX709 RGBW on the front camera, and the IMX766 main camera sensor to support its performance as the Portrait Expert. The device is also equipped with various imaging solution and artificial intelligence, both have been enhanced from previous versions.
The enhancement can be seen through the Ultra Night Video and Ultra HDR Video features which automatically can detect ambient light when taking pictures at night or in low-light environments.
