Heaptalk, Jakarta — Aiming to reach 2 million subscribers and enhance service delivery, MyRepublic Indonesia has officially launched its mobile application, MyRep. The company aims to redefine the customer experience through digital innovation.

According to Iman Syahrizal, MyRepublic Indonesia’s Chief Sales and marketing Officer (CMO), the launch aligns with the company’s 10th anniversary theme, “Xcellence Decade,” which reflects MyRepublic’s commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.

“We currently serve 1.1 million active customers. MyRep app is not just an add-on—it empowers users to manage their services independently. From checking connections and making payments to contacting customer service, everything is now available at their fingertips,” said Iman during a press briefing in Jakarta on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

Hendra Gunawan, MyRepublic’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), highlighted several key features integrated into the app. Chief among them is the bill payment system, which is supported through a partnership with Jaringan Prima as the payment gateway. The app also introduces MyRepCare, a customer support feature connecting users via WhatsApp and web calls.

For users looking to monitor and optimize their internet experience, MyRep includes tools like Speed Test and Ping Test, along with real-time service status checks. Additionally, the app provides a Modem Restart feature, enabling users to manage their hardware remotely.

The MyRep app is part of MyRepublic’s broader strategic roadmap for 2025. Beyond the digital upgrade, the company plans to expand its network by adding 4 million home passes and extending its services to 15 additional cities, including Pematangsiantar, Prabumulih, Bukittinggi, Pontianak, Kupang, Kendari, Palu, and Singkawang.

“We’ve surpassed 1.1 million subscribers, and our next milestone is reaching 2 million by the end of this year,” Iman concluded.

With the launch of MyRep and aggressive expansion plans, MyRepublic is positioning itself as a leading force in Indonesia’s broadband and digital service landscape.
