Heaptalk, Jakarta — PT Sarinah, the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), and PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) officially launched the MSME Bazaar for Indonesia to boost national economic growth through the empowerment of Indonesia’s MSMEs. (15/1)

Loto Srinaita Ginting, Expert Staff for Finance and MSME Development at the Ministry of SOEs, stated that one of the primary needs of MSMEs is to have promotional spaces to market their products.

“The presence of this MSME bazaar is a concrete step to ensure that MSME gains sustainable access to strategic markets. We believe that the location facilitated by Sarinah and KCIC is ideal. It is crucial to continuously monitor that the MSME products offered meet the tastes and needs of the passengers. We hope this bazaar can become a recommended destination for visitors at KCIC Halim Station,” she added.

The MSME Bazaar for Indonesia is now filled with several leading MSMEs, including Ichinogami, Ghawean Dhewe, Icy & Spicy, Crunchy Buddy, Bumi Serehpati, Hoshi Ice Cream, Trique, Abitha Juice, Pawon Nunung, Robels Authentic, and Godhong Asri. The products displayed range from local handicrafts and premium-quality specialty foods and beverages to creative products reflecting the innovation of the nation’s youth.

Selfie Dewiyanti, Commercial Director of PT Sarinah, emphasized Sarinah’s commitment as a strategic partner for MSME. “We not only provide promotional space but also offer training, mentorship, and opportunities to expand market access domestically and globally. MSMEs are the future of Indonesia’s economy, and Sarinah will continue to support their sustainable growth,” she said.

Allan Tandiono, Director of Project Management and Business Development at PT KCIC, stated, “The MSME booths at Whoosh Halim Station are a tangible manifestation of KCIC’s commitment to supporting local economic growth. With tens of thousands of daily passengers passing through Halim Station, we hope the presence of MSME will offer unique and specialty shopping alternatives and open opportunities for local entrepreneurs to grow further.”
