Heaptalk, Jakarta — Malaysia Airlines announced a partnership with Google to digitalize its operations while boosting the country’s tourism (03/13).
This partnership will drive ongoing growth and innovation across several critical product domains to foster a holistic ecosystem that prioritizes a seamless customer experience. With the rising travel demand exceeding pre-pandemic levels, the airline set substantial network expansion plans this year by harnessing innovative technologies to fuel its growth and marketing channels.
Both parties works together to leverage digital marketing and AI marketing technologies to improve the airlines’ commercial operations, simplify processes, and deliver tailored experiences to travelers. Google’s AI-powered Performance Max will allow the airline to optimize its marketing campaigns and increase reach, relevance, and ROI in a growing competitive travel market.
