Heaptalk, Alam Sutera — PT Eka Bogainti (HokBen) inaugurated the HokBen+ outlet at Flavor Bliss, Alam Sutera, South Tangerang, following the achievement of its first outlet in Bekasi. (16/01)
Syamsul Bachri, the Director of Operations and Marketing at PT Eka Bogainti (HokBen), revealed that the HokBen+ Flavor Bliss is the second outlet in Indonesia, following the one in Bekasi. Syamsul also claimed that the Hokben+ Flavor Bliss offers the first drive-thru service in Indonesia with a direct payment system.
“We are continuously improving the estimation for drive-thru orders, but it doesn’t take long unless there are many items to cook, which might extend the waiting time,” he stated.
The investment value mentioned ranges from Rp4 to Rp5 billion, the typical cost for establishing similar businesses through renovation or new construction. “If we build a new outlet, the cost can exceed this range. This is not something we hide, as it aligns with the general cost range,” he added.
On the same occasion, Agus Wijaya, Senior Manager of Brand and Strategies at HokBen, noted that several attractive promotions are being offered during the opening of the new Japanese food outlet at Flavor Bliss. Meal bundles are also available for two, three, or four people.
“We have a grand launching promotion with a buy-one-get-one offer on donburi. Purchases of HokBen Friend Chicken come with free yakitori, valid for three days. Visitors can also watch the ramen-making process firsthand,” he concluded.
