Heaptalk, Jakarta – A consumer electronics company, Nokia, and Internet provider enterprise Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH), announced to team up with an FMCG company Paragon Tech. This collaboration enables Paragon to utilize the Nuage Networks of Nokia solution, namely Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) technology recently launched.

This technology will assist Paragon Tech in simplifying its operations and increasing the total cost of ownership. As a part of its endeavor, Nuage Networks and IOH deploy Managed SD-WAN solutions in several of Paragon’s subsidiaries and hub sites, allowing this FMCG enterprise to use an automation feature. This tool can facilitate Paragon Tech’s managerial operation and monitor its application centrally while reducing operational expenses.

Chief Operation of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Bayu Hanantasena, stated, “We intend to provide the latest technology to bolster our corporate customers in achieving more significant operation efficiency, grow its users, and obtain a better investment return. The Nuage Networks SD-WAN solution can respond to the business growth requisites towards our corporate consumers. Hence, we look forward to furthering collaboration with other enterprises,”

With SD-WAN tech service, IOH offers Paragon Tech virtual Managed WAN services across all IP connections, allowing the company to select a fixed or mobile connection type properly. Combined with controlled and centralized service management, IOH and Paragon Tech can spread a software-based vast area network at lockstep with a transformation of business and IT necessities as the institution grows.

Paragon Technology and Innovation company has operated a cloud service to transform its digital service infrastructure to support global marketplace platforms. To boost business efficiency in the entire business area, this enterprise will implement the new generation of WAN technology to grant a seamless, endurance, and application awareness of business operations. Through this technology adoption, SD-WAN is estimated to be operated by other global enterprises and cloud networks.

Responding to this technology implementation, the Head of IT Operation of Paragon Tech, Rizki Rivai, affirmed, “An SD-WAN technology is an essential part of our digital transformation roadmap. The service will help us minimize operation expenditure, improve efficiency, and simplify our daily management operations. We hope to continue working with Nokia’s Nuage Networks and Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison,”

Likewise, Nokia Indonesia’s President Director, KP Goh, conveyed that IOH also provided solutions for the corporate segment. Through the first presence of Nuage Networks SD-WAN solution in Indonesia, we will support the customer to gain the needed flexibility to transform their business digitally and utilize this era of cloud efficiently.
