Heaptalk, Jakarta – Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison officially adopts a new concept in 32 IM3 outlets throughout Indonesia to deliver a better customer experience. Adopting ‘Fast, Simple, and Flexible’ theme, the shift is clearly reflected through new digital services and a fresh outlet’s layout.

Director and Chief Commercial Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Ritesh Kumar Singh conveyed, “Starting from today, IM3 officially presents the fresh concept and digital services in 32 outlets across Indonesia. We are ready to provide better convenience and services to our loyal customers and deliver world-class digital services through our modern system.”

In more detail, these outlets feature digital services which support more simple and flexible services. Digital services are reflected through QR Code system which enables customers to get queue numbers only by scanning the QR code. In terms of payment methods, the outlets also accept various digital payments, such as QRIS, and e-wallet. The Company also replaces paper-based material with digital-based promotion material.

According to Senior Vice President, Head of Regional Go To Market Indosat Andre Renaldy, during the opening of IM3’s outlet in East Jakarta, added, “In addition to implementing the digital system, we also provide Agents In Service Desk and Agents In Express Counter, thus people who are not familiar with the digital system also will face no issue to experience our excellent services (06/26).”

To improve cyber security, SVP Head of Region Jabodetabek of Indosat Eric Danari conveyed, “We also utilize e-KTP scanner (ID Scanner) to ensure that the ID is genuine. As we know that today, phone numbers are connected to our banking service. So, this innovation is created to improve our cyber security and prevent loss due to data theft.”

Hitherto, the outlet’s transformation is carried out in Kalimantan, Jawa, Bali, Sulawesi, Sumatera, and Nusa Tenggara, but Andre affirmed that this new concept also will be adopted in other 72 outlets in Indonesia gradually.

“Digital system has been implemented in our entire outlets, but regarding the latest layout, we also will revamp the other 72 outlets gradually. This method is implemented to avoid operational disruptions,” stated Renaldy.

Apart from its new concepts, Indosat also added more outlets to ease its consumers in reaching out IM3 services, one of which is by opening a new branch at JL. Pemuda no 130, East Jakarta.

“We open a new branch in East Jakarta to reach out to our customers and to be closer to our customers. Thus, customers do not need to go to Bekasi anymore to enjoy our service,” stated Eric in his closing statement.
