IPEX is organized for the 42nd on February 11-19, 2023 at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) Senayan, presenting a number of well-known Indonesian performers.

Heaptalk, Jakarta — The 42nd Indonesia Properti Expo (IPEX) is officially held on February 11-19, 2023 at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC). This annual property exhibition consistently serves as a strategic means of communication, socialization, and promotion for housing developers.

Buying a property requires a high level of readiness, accompanied by the right source of information. Currently, demand for various types of housing is still high despite uncertain economic conditions as people still prioritize housing as their primary need.

Focusing on the younger generation target market, IPEX’s organizer PT Adhouse Clarion Events partnered with a number of well-known performers to encourage them to obtain their dream homes.

“With the presence of this line of artists, we hope that it can add comfort and new enthusiasm to housing seekers at the property exhibition,” said the Vice President of PT Adhouse Clarion Events Gad Permata. Further, Gad said that only at IPEX, visitors could choose multiple types of housing while having fun with Lyodra, Idgitaf, Kunto Aji, and Budi Doremi.

At the moment, the government and property industry players are collaborating actively with developers and banking in an effort to reduce the backlog number of houses which has reached 12.7 million. This figure will continue to grow, as the need for houses per year reaches one million units.

Meanwhile, only 200,000-300,000 units of housing construction can be fulfilled per year. Therefore, this event is essential to bring a new, more optimistic perspective to erode the housing shortage backlog.

Offering interest rates starting from 1.99%

The IPEX Loyalty Member (ILM) program developed at this exhibition has played a role in involving more than 6,340 members with the identification of the purpose of buying property 91.56% for residence and 8.44% for investment.

For housing finance, Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) has prepared numerous facilities and attractive promos. One of the offers is mortgage promo interest with rates starting from 1.99% as well as free of provision, administration, and appraisal fees.

In addition, Bank BTN will also provide Rp500,000 cashback for contract consumers, as well as free entrance tickets to the entertainment stage area with artists by downloading the BTN Mobile application.

During the exhibition, developers are competing to provide the best promos and prices for prospective property buyers. IPEX’s organizers also give direct prizes to property buyers who transacted during the exhibition, spanning precious metals, electric bicycles, electronic equipment, and other attractive prizes.
