Heaptalk, Jakarta — At EMC Alam Sutera Hospital, EMC Healthcare, in collaboration with InterSystems, launched IntelliCare at EMC Alam Sutera Hospital, Tangerang, on Monday (03/24).
In his remarks, Luciano Brustia, Regional Managing Director for Asia Pacific at InterSystems, stated that this collaboration is a significant step in improving healthcare delivery and operational efficiency across the region and revolutionizing patient care through the adoption of the next-generation electronic health record (EHR) system, InterSystems IntelliCare. “InterSystems is thrilled to bring InterSystems IntelliCare to Indonesia. With AI at its core, this system enables providers to spend more face-to-face time with patients and less time in front of screens,” said Luciano Brustia.

On the other hand, Jusup Halimi, President Director of EMC Group, emphasized investing in advanced electronic health records (EHR) to improve patient experience and safety. dr. Instead of navigating through many screens, doctors can easily request the information they need, which is instantly structured and easy to review. Ambient AI features also assist in transcribing patient conversations.
