Heaptalk, Jakarta — Tapin Regency has received the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) award from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB).
The regency in South Kalimantan Province successfully improved its Government Agency Performance Accountability System rating from B to BB (70.14) in 2024, earning Tapin recognition from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform.
Minister Abdullah Azwar Anas presented the SAKIP Award to Tapin Regency Secretary Sufiansyah in Jakarta (10/02). Anas hoped this award would enhance synergy and collaboration between government agencies in implementing progressive and innovative performance accountability.
“By maximizing the role of regional governments through efforts to maintain performance accountability in line with established targets, programs and activities will be more effective and capable of addressing regional strategic issues,” he stated on Wednesday (10/02) at the 2024 SAKIP Award ceremony held at the Bidakara Hotel in Jakarta.
On this occasion, Erwan Agus Purwanto, Deputy for Bureaucratic Reform, Accountability, and Supervision of the Ministry of PANRB, explained that this award is an event that recognizes and appreciates government agencies with the best SAKIP evaluation results for 2024. “This event also serves as a platform for knowledge sharing and interactive learning between government agencies through peer teaching by local governments with best SAKIP practices,” Erwan explained.
Tapin Regency Secretary Sufiansyah expressed his happiness over improving Tapin’s SAKIP rating from B to BB. He said, “This demonstrates the effectiveness and efficiency of budget usage, which has contributed to achieving national development targets and addressing regional strategic issues.”
The SAKIP rating improvement to BB was achieved thanks to the collaboration of all parties within the government. “I urge all regional government organizations to continue simplifying bureaucratic processes in Tapin Regency to keep our SAKIP rating improving until we reach AA,” Sufiansyah concluded.
