Heaptalk, Jakarta — Closing 2024, the Tangerang City Government received the Best Regional Transfer Realization Award for 2024 from the Ministry of Finance through the Directorate General of Treasury, Banten Province Regional Office.
The award was directly presented by Al Muktabar, Acting Governor of Banten, to Herman Suwarman, Regional Secretary of Tangerang City, at the Banten Governor’s Pendopo, KP3B, Serang, Banten, on Friday (12/13). Herman said this appreciation encourages the Tangerang City Government to continue optimizing regional budgets and accelerating development in Tangerang City.
“Alhamdulillah, another achievement has been obtained by the Tangerang City Government, certainly due to collaborative efforts. As a result, Tangerang City’s realization can be maximized,” Herman said.
He also expressed his gratitude to the Tangerang City Regional Financial Management Agency for its proper and targeted financial management, providing optimal realization for 2024. He added, “Hopefully, in the 2025 fiscal year, budget management will be even better, and regional transfer realizations will also be maximized.”
Meanwhile, Al Muktabar advised that national spending should always be carried out by increasing efficiency and savings to avoid waste. “I also hope that all regional leaders will cooperate and coordinate with the central government in budget use,” he asked.
Al Muktabar also re-emphasized downstream, stating that all commodities in the Republic of Indonesia will be processed to achieve food self-sufficiency so that all levels of government have their food reserves. At the event, the 2025 Fiscal Year Budget Implementation List (DIPA) and Regional Transfer Allocation List were digitally handed over by the Acting Governor of Banten and the Head of the Directorate General of Treasury, Banten Province.
