Heaptalk, Jakarta — Tangerang City Government succeeded in obtaining two award categories at the Indonesian Public Relations Award 2023 event which took place in Semarang, West Java.
The two award categories are the most innovative public information disclosure services for the subcategory of management and presentation of public information and the internal media for the subcategory of print magazines. The Head of the Tangerang City Communication and Informatics Department Indri Astuti received the trophy and certificate directly.
“This achievement is certainly clear evidence of the hard work of the entire Communication and Informatics Department publication team. Hopefully, this achievement will further stimulate our enthusiasm for producing better magazines and public information services,” said Indri.
According to Indri, Tangerang City was the only city/regency to win two categories at once at the Indonesian Public Relations Award 2013. She added, “These two awards should encourage all of us to be able to work more optimally. Work optimally for a more advanced community and city of Tangerang, primarily in the field of media and public information services.
The Indonesian Public Relations Award 2023 has been held for the fifth time by Humas Indonesia. This event is a competition for the performance of communication and information disclosure carried out by public institutions in ministries, institutions, regional governments, state universities, state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and their subsidiaries, regional-owned enterprises (BUMD), and public service agencies (BLU) throughout Indonesia.
