Heaptalk, Jakarta – PT. Layur Astiti Bumi Kencana, BMW Motorrad exclusive importer and distributor in Indonesia, held End of Year Sunday Morning Ride (sunmori) (12/22). The event invited multiple communites and journalists to carry out sunmori together while distributing staple food to the guard posts of candles operation around Jakarta.
Starting at 07 am, the event obtained high enthusiastic from bikers as this event was open for all brands. The enthusiasm was reflected through the participants’ presence who showed at the meeting point – BMW Motorrad Indonesia Flagship Store Jakarta or called Tikum – at 06.30 am.
Opening this event, Ricky Boen, who was the PIC and Road Captain of this agenda, delivered his warm welcome. “Welcome to all community friends and media and BMW Motorrad fans, thank you for your presence and of course welcome to BMW Riding Experience”.
In total, BMW Motorrad Indonesia visited 10 guard posts to distribute around 100 basic food packages.
After sunmori, the event continued with Basic Life Support workshop held by Premier Bintaro Hospital by presenting dr. Faisal Zakiri as the keynote speaker. The workshop also showcased live demonstration by utilizing dummy prepared by Premier Bintaro Hospital. With this demonstration, the participants is expected to obtain more insight and be able to practice the theory.
In the end of the agenda, BMW Motorrad Indonesia also invite representatives from several community such as GaSaX, GSrek, BMWMCI, and BRADS, to introduce their communities and take photo with Sales Director of BMW Motorrad Indonesia Josep Setiawan.
“This event is the last official activity held by PT. Layur Astiti Bumi Kencana before closing 2024. See you in 2025 and hopefully next year will be a better year for all of us,” concluded Public Relations Manager of BMW Motorrad Indonesia, Ricky Boen.
