Heaptalk, Jakarta — Sysmex Indonesia, an in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) company, organized the CEO Forum 2025 to strengthen collaboration among all parties in creating a vision and strategy for sustainable healthcare in Indonesia (02/19).
This year’s forum adopted the theme ‘A Vision for Sustainable Healthcare: Crafting Strategy and Integrating Innovations to Achieve the Future We Want.’ Held at The St. Regis Hotel in South Jakarta, the event brought together multiple health sector stakeholders from within and outside the country, including the Ministry of Health, Health Organizations, and around 200 hospital and laboratory leaders across Indonesia.
Since its inception in 2022, the CEO Forum has been an essential platform for discussing strategies and innovations in the health sector. This year, Sysmex Indonesia emphasizes that sustainability and national health progress must be realized together within a conducive health ecosystem, particularly in achieving the shared vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.
Building a sustainable healthcare future

Emilani Nababan, President Director of Sysmex Indonesia, acknowledged that the sustainability of quality healthcare services in Indonesia is a shared responsibility for the current and future generations. “This commitment must be upheld collectively by all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, not only for business continuity today but also for the long-term success of organisations in the future,” said Emilani (02/19).

Frank Buescher, President and CEO of Sysmex Asia Pacific and Senior Executive Officer of Sysmex Corporation (Japan), expressed his support for contributing to healthcare in a large country like Indonesia. He stated, “This forum provides an opportunity to strengthen strategic collaboration with key decision-makers in Indonesia’s healthcare industry. This is why the Sysmex Indonesia CEO Forum is so essential—not just for networking and forming stronger partnerships but also as a robust platform for unifying visions and strategies.”
Sysmex recognizes that environment, social, and governance (ESG) values are crucial in building a sustainable healthcare future. Takashi Ono, Member of the Managing Board and Senior Executive Officer, Managing Director, Sysmex Corporation (Japan), presented ESG initiatives carried out by the company.

The forum addressed multiple challenges and uncertainties in the healthcare sector through the perspectives of industry leaders and experts.
