Through this new feature, customers can make installment payments without having to visit branch offices or various other payment points. OTO Group customers will receive an OTOPay link via SMS, WhatsApp, and email that directs customers to the OTOPay page that is connected to the latest digital payment methods such as Bank Mandiri Virtual Accounts, BNI Banks, BRI Banks, and ATMs.
In addition, OTOPay is also connected via OVO E-Wallet, Shopee Pay, Funds, and GPN Debit from Bank BNI and Bank BTN. In the future, there will be more payment methods so that customers have the freedom to choose which payment method to use. The link provided to the customer has a unique code that will redirect them to the OTOPay page with information for each customer.
With this mechanism, customers are increasingly pampered because installment information is already available and customers simply choose the payment method.
