The fresh capital will be allocated to advance the platform, making it to be more effective in facilitating Indonesia’s workforces to reach better economic opportunities.
The Group Partner of Y Combinator, Gustaf Alstromer, revealed a statement, “This funding will unlock Lumina’s potential to transform Indonesian workforces. We perceived that startups in other countries has presented this labor market by online and Lumina is the right team to encounter this challenge,”
Lumina has assisted more than 100,000 job seekers and provided more than 20,000 job opportunities from thousands of companies, including Shopee, Lemonilo, Sirclo, Kargo, and Astro. For its contribution, Lumina has seized a great response from its users. This digital platform is reported to accomplish 1,000 new users and added 3,000 new jobs every day.
On the other hand, the CEO and Co-Founder of Lumina, Aswin Andrison, delivered his statement, “Indonesia’s blue-collar workers have not had decent opportunities presently.
