Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Tangerang City Government won several titles in the 2023 Banten Public Service Innovation Competition. In this agenda, Tangerang City win a city/regency level award category the Most Innovative Regional Apparatus by creating nine innovations. In addition, the Super Apps Tangerang digital platform achieved first place in Banten Public Services 2023.
Acting Governor of Banten Al Muktabar handed this prestigious award to the Regional Secretary of Tangerang City, Herman Suwarman. The handover was carried out at the 2024 XXVIII Regional Autonomy Day Commemoration, which occurred at the KP3B Regional Secretariat Ceremony Field, Serang, Banten, on Monday (04/29).
“It was said earlier that we presented the most innovations. In the future, we will continue to improve this public service to provide convenience to the community,” said Herman after receiving the award.
Further, Super Apps Tangerang Live has provided tangible proof of providing the best service to the community. He said, “This application has helped people access services more easily, quickly, efficiently, and for free.”
Herman hopes that this achievement will motivate the Tangerang City Government to continue working and providing excellent public services for the people of Tangerang City. “This achievement is proof of the hard work and dedication of all levels of Tangerang City Government officials in providing the best service to the community. I hope that with this achievement, we can continue to work and provide excellent public services for the people of Tangerang City,” he voiced.
