Unveiling CAMON 20 Series, TECNO Indonesia embeds an advanced sensor in its camera

CAMON 20 Series is equipped with Sensor-shift OIS, which is claimed to compensate for vibration or shake up to 5,000 times per second.

Heaptalk, Jakarta — TECNO Indonesia has officially unveiled the newest CAMON 20 Series, spanning the CAMON Premier 5G and CAMON 20 Pro. As one of its flagship smartphones in Indonesia, this series will highlight its camera sensor performance with fantastic specifications.

During the media launch agenda (07/06), the Public Manager of TECNO Indonesia, Anthoni Roderick, explained that the smartphone series has a camera specification of 64MP RGBW and internal memory of up to 256GB. On the other hand, CAMON 20 Series also contains a Shift OIS + RGBW sensor technology, a camera up to 108MP Ultra Wide and Macro, with a storage capacity of up to 512GB in its upper variants.

In the smartphone sensor technology, the CAMON 20 Premier 5G possesses a Sensor-shift OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) to stabilize the picture and video capturing process. This sensor is claimed to compensate for vibration or shake up to 5,000 times per second. The RGBW Pro sensor also backs this technology to enhance light sensitivity and vivid colors. With the 108MP Ultra Wide and Macro technology embedded camera, users can capture moments in the broader field of view and explore most miniature objects with stunning image sharpness.

Supported by the MediaTek Dimensity 8050 processor, this series can perform multitasking matters, with its upgraded chipset in terms of photography computation to augment the speed of capturing pictures. Regarding its smartphone visualization, CAMON 20 Series presents a 6.7 inches screen with AMOLED resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. A screen design with a punch hole for the selfie camera, coupled with a Puzzle design shaped like a diamond chunk and applies magic skin to the cover texture.

To ensure an uninterrupted user experience, TECNO CAMON 20 Premier 5G is equipped with a 45Watt Super Charger, with support for a 5000mAh battery. Meanwhile, TECNO CAMON 20 Pro is furnished with 33Watt Flash Charger, with a 5000mAh battery capacity, allowing users to perform their digital activities longer.

In its availability, the company priced the CAMON 20 Premier 5G, with 8+8GB RAM/512GB internal storage specifications, at Rp5,999,000. Meanwhile, the CAMON 20 Pro series, with 8+8GB RAM/256GB internal storage capacity, will be priced at Rp3,099,000.
