Heaptalk, Jakarta — Biota Smart Home held a soft launch of BIOTA in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang. (07/03)

“The demand for smart home devices in Indonesia has increased significantly, reaching 9.58 million households in 2024, up 15% compared to last year,” CEO and Founder of BIOTA, Steven Gunarso, said.

Steven further stated that the average household in Indonesia has five smart home devices. Regarding where BIOTA products can be purchased, Steven explained they are available on e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada and in several major cities in Indonesia, including Bali, Samarinda, Bandung, and Lampung.

“We are introducing our flagship IoT products, such as Smart Lighting, Smart Electrical, Smart Pet Care, Smart Air Purifier, Smart Camera Battery Fixed, Smart Camera Indoor Fixed, Smart Camera Indoor PTZ, Smart Door Sensor, Smart LED Strip, and Smart Pet Feeder,” said Steven.

For after-sales services, BIOTA provides customer service and expert technicians who can visit users’ homes directly. On this occasion, Steven added that all their products are now integrated with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. The batteries can last up to 6 months. BIOTA has partnered with several housing developers for their smart home products.

“We believes there is no one-size-fits-all solution, but to embody one-for-one. We want to make everyone feel valued because everyone matters,” emphasized Steven Gunarso.

Going forward, he hopes that the presence of BIOTA Life Enhanced can accompany every phase of life, from birth to entering a new world, namely marriage.
