Heaptalk, Jakarta — At the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2024, Pertamina Patra Niaga introduced a range of green fuels and services that support the Net Zero Emission 2060 target.
From July 18-28, 2024, at ICE BSD City, this automotive exhibition serves as a means to open collaboration opportunities between Pertamina Patra Niaga and its affiliates with various strategic partners in developing future automotive industry products and services.
“We are introducing Pertamina products and supporting the development of Indonesia’s automotive industry. We see that the trend is moving towards green energy, with green fuels or electric cars. Pertamina is here in line with the theme, presenting green products with great performance, so today’s theme is green and performance,” said Indra Edi Santoso, VP Marketing Strategy of Pertamina Patra Niaga, at the GIIAS 2024 media day (07/17).
Presenting green energy stations
Several products supporting green energy transition are showcased at the event, including the Pertamax series, Pertamina Dex, and Dexlite. These fuels are produced with the Pertamina Technology (Pertatec) formula, containing additives that can clean engine deposits. The Pertatec formula allows vehicle engines to last longer, protects engines from rust, and ensures more efficient fuel usage.
Furthermore, Indra explained that other downstream infrastructures presented by Pertamina Patra Niaga include green energy stations (GES), charging stations for electric cars, and battery swapping stations for electric motorcycles.
In addition, Pertamina Lubricants also introduced Fastron, which offers high lubrication and fuel efficiency, aligning with the company’s theme of supporting eco-friendly products. Pertamina Fastron is designed explicitly for four-wheeled vehicles. This product has received international recognition and is Lamborghini’s official partner.
Visitors also had the opportunity to experience racing at the Pertamina Mandalika Circuit through the Pertamax Turbo Sprint Challenge Simulator and receive official merchandise from the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia. MyPertamina users had many opportunities to participate in various activities at the booth and take home various attractive offers, including special prices for purchasing Pertamina Fastron.
