Heaptalk, Jakarta — South City recently marked the groundbreaking of Fortunia Cove, an exclusive new residential cluster located within Fortunia Residence in Pondok Cabe, South Jakarta.

“Fortunia Cove offers a selection of modern homes with various advantages in design and facilities. The cluster also enjoys a strategic location with easy access to numerous commercial centers and public amenities in South Jakarta,” said CEO of PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal, Peony Tang.

Tang added that Fortunia Cove is anticipated to be a top choice for young families seeking premium housing in a comfortable environment with full facilities. “Fortunia Cove offers a ‘Design Your Home, Your Way’ concept, allowing buyers to select home specifications according to their preferences.

Additionally, South City plans to introduce a shopping center in collaboration with Summarecon within the next 4–5 years, further strengthening South City as a premium area with high accessibility and upscale amenities,” she explained.

Fortunia Cove’s prime location within South City allows residents easy access to various commercial hubs and public facilities, including Mall Cinere, Living Plaza Cinere, Pondok Indah Mall, and Cilandak Town Square. Additionally, the residential cluster is conveniently located near major highways, such as the Depok–Antasari, Serpong–Cinere, and Cinere–Jagorawi toll roads, enhancing connectivity for residents traveling to various vital destinations within Jakarta and its surroundings.

The Fortunia Cove cluster consists of 92 residential units. Due to high market enthusiasm, all units in the first phase have sold out, with the second phase now open for sale. Each unit offers a lot size starting at 60 square meters, with competitive pricing beginning at Rp1.6 billion. These homes feature modern, eco-friendly designs and are equipped with BARDI’s Smart Home System, allowing residents to digitally control various aspects of their homes, from lighting to security, for daily comfort and efficiency.

A unique feature of Fortunia Cove is the flexibility it offers homeowners in customizing interior design to match their lifestyles and preferences. From flooring and bathroom design to kitchen setups, buyers can tailor their homes to their desires and family needs.

Beyond innovative design and technology, Fortunia Cove has a range of facilities supporting a healthy and socially connected lifestyle. The cluster includes comprehensive amenities such as a swimming pool, playground, outdoor gym, amphitheater, and green spaces designed for physical activity and social interaction among residents. These features create an ideal living environment for families seeking a comfortable home within a serene, modern area.
