Heaptalk, Jakarta — PT Feedloop Global Teknologi (Feedloop AI) announced its strategic cooperation with PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) in the HUB.ID Accelerator Partner Day x Nex-BE Fest 2023, Bali.

In this agenda, Feedloop AI’s CMO, Muhammad Ajie Santika, and Telkom Indonesia’s EVP Digital Business, Komang Budi Aryasa, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). According to these companies, this MoU signing is the starting point for exploring and exploring the potential to create innovative and responsive artificial intelligence-based solutions.

Regarding the details of this strategic partnership, these entities will combine Feedloop’s artificial intelligence (AI) services into a digital product of Telkom to leverage Generative AI-based use cases that industries need today to develop their businesses more efficiently.

As disclosed in Accenture’s report, around 99% of Indonesia’s executives agree that the development of generative AI has created a new ecosystem for companies, specifically in playing a role in their strategy in the next three to five years. Concurrently, around 99% of executives agree that software and services powered by an AI basic model will significantly enhance innovation and creativity in their organizations over the next three to five years.

Responding to this cooperation, the CMO of Feedloop AI admitted, “Our services can also be safely integrated with internal company documents to increase efficiency and speed up business processes. We believe this collaboration can provide real solutions and benefits for companies,”

Moreover, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) market is poised to spike up to US$1.3 trillion by 2032, from a market size of approximately $40 billion in 2022, with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 42% globally. For this reason, Feedloop AI and Telkom Indonesia aim to pioneer digital transformation and AI adoption in Indonesia through this collaboration.

“This collaboration is a crucial move in developing AI adoption in the industry in the archipelago, particularly in the context of exploring Feedloop services, which will be integrated with Telkom’s digital products.
