Telin Next Gen Platform (TNeX) has two main products, consisting of Wave with fast lane internet connection and Link with flexible lane internet connection.
Heaptalk, Jakarta — Telkom Group through its subsidiary PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) announced the launch of Telin Next Gen Platform (TNeX), a new digital platform that facilitates business actors in connecting data centers throughout the world.
Carrying the mission of providing connectivity throughout the world with swift implementation and a flexible business model, the new platform has two main products, spanning TNeX Wave and TNeX Link. Wave offers a fast lane for internet connections, while Link provides a flexible lane. Both products are claimed to be able to secure and protect customer data.
Director of Wholesale and International Service at Telkom Bogi Witjaksono said, “In the coming years, we anticipate that Telkom Group will continue to have good business and growth prospects, in line with the development of the three main business pillars, namely digital connectivity, digital platform, and digital services.”
Bogi further conveyed that the launch of TNeX demonstrates Telkom Group’s commitment to being at the forefront of digital innovation and meeting growing customer demands.
In addition, TNeX has several advantages, including adjustable bandwidth, flexible contract duration, instant service provision, round-the-clock accessibility, and transparent processes. The platform has a global reach with over 270 points of presence (POPs) and direct private connections to cloud services in more than 80 locations worldwide.
Boosting the growth of data center services
According to the CEO of Telin Budi Satria Dharma Purba, TNex will become an ecosystem enabler that can boost the growth of data center services. With the flexibility, transparency, and speed of the new platform, Budi is optimistic that his party will not only meet current customer needs but also anticipate future business needs.
“Going forward, we are committed to expanding our digital infrastructure and platforms to better support sustainable innovation and ensure Telkom Group remains at the forefront of the digital landscape,” Budi said.
Established in 2007, Telin provides international carrier voice and data services for wholesale, enterprise, digital player, and retail customers. Apart from Indonesia, the international arm of Telkom operates in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia, Taiwan, the US, Timor Leste, UAE, and Myanmar. There are also some representatives in the UK, Philippines, and India. Currently, the company has a submarine cable communication system (SKKL) stretching for more than 250,140 km that facilitates data flow between data centers throughout the world.
