Currently, there are 13 merchants at ZEST Foodcourt, Menara Astra, Jakarta, who have used the Olsera all-in-one business management system and AstraPay payment system.
Heaptalk, Jakarta — MSME business management system provider Olsera has formed a strategic partnership with Astra Group’s digital payment app AstraPay to accelerate the digitalization of MSMEs and encourage financial inclusion in Indonesia.
Through the signing of the MoU in Jakarta (09/07), both parties agreed to integrate the Olsera all-in-one business management system and the AstraPay payment system for merchants at ZEST Foodcourt, Menara Astra, Central Jakarta. Currently, there are 13 merchants at the foodcourt who have used the Olsera and AstraPay systems, as reported by Pasardana.
“We are very pleased to be able to collaborate with AstraPay through this strategic partnership, which also confirms our commitment to accelerating the digitalization of MSMEs in Indonesia,” said co-founder and CEO of Olsera Novendy Chen, quoted by Pasardana.
According to Novendy, digitalization is an essential key in strengthening and accelerating the growth of MSMEs, primarily to survive amidst intense competition in this digital era. The collaboration will be further developed for all MSMEs in Olsera and AstraPay ecosystem by integrating business management systems and digital payments.
Olsera provides an end-to-end business management system that facilitates MSMEs in managing operations as well as reporting profit, loss, and business balance sheets. Starting from a point of sales (POS) platform, this company also helps MSMEs obtain business funds and fulfill raw material needs as well as provides business consulting.
AstraPay has 10.8 million users
Meanwhile, CEO of AstraPay Rina Apriana conveyed, “We see the strategic partnership with Olsera is aligned with our efforts to back Indonesian MSME entrepreneurs to transform into digital payments and encourage financial inclusion in Indonesia.”
Therefore, Rina said that her party seeks to provide an easy and comfortable digital transaction experience. Through this collaboration, AstraPay services integrated with the Olsera system are expected to help the business operations of MSMEs in the applicatioin ecosystem.
As of August 2023, AstraPay has 10.8 million users and has worked with more than 20,000 merchants throughout Indonesia. The app collaborated with MSMEs through multiple services, including bill payments and purchasing various necessities, such as credit and electricity tokens, as part of the digitalization of MSMEs in Indonesia.
