Heaptalk, Jakarta — In the beginning of 2024, South Tangerang Legislative Council (DPRD Tangsel) hold a meeting to discuss achievements in 2023 at the regional legislative Office.
The Head of Division for Law Secretariat South Tangerang Ita Kurniasih explained that South Tangerang Legislative Council and the Municipal Govt released 10 Regional Regulations (Perda) throughout 2023, including:
- Regional Regulation Number 1 year 2023 concerning Environmental Protection and Environmental Governance
- Regional Regulation Number 2 year 2023 regarding the transformation of PT PITS private sector into municipally-owned corporations PITS
- Regional Regulation Number 3 year 2023 concerning high building.
- Regional Regulation Number 4 year 2023 as the amendment of Regional Revenues and Expenditures Budget (APBD) Number 5 year 2015 concerning Fisheries
- Regional Regulation Number 5 year 2023 concerning Accountability for the Implementation of the 2022 Regional Revenues and Expenditures Budget (APBD).
- Regional Regulation Number 6 year 2023 concerning the Implementation of Housing and Settlement Areas.
- Regional Regulation Number 7 year 2023 as the amendments of the 2023 Regional Revenues and Expenditures Budget (APBD).
- Regional Regulation Number 8 year 2023 as the amendments of Regional Regulation Number 8 year 2019 concerning the Implementation of Employment.
- Regional Regulation Number 9 year 2023 concerning the 2024 Regional Revenues and Expenditures Budget (APBD).
- Regional Regulation Number 10 year 2023 concerning Regional Taxes and Levies.
“We have to appreciate the collaboration between the local government and regional legislative council in South Tangerang. This cooperation demonstrated good performance and fulfil obligations to form legal basis that is aligned with the country’s regulation. This is materialized, particularly in South Tangerang,” added Ita.
She hopes this collaboration can be continued in 2024 to generate high-quality legal basis.
“We hope the collaboration with new senators can be carried out, thus the new Regional Regulations can be implemented,” concluded Ita.
