Heaptalk, Jakarta — Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruar Sirait met with the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Rini Widyantini at the PANRB Ministry’s office. The discussion focused on organizational restructuring, optimizing human resources (HR), and strengthening the institution and human resources within the PKP Ministry.

Maruar Sirait stated that the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas aims to provide 3 million houses following directives from President Prabowo. Agile and responsive organizational governance and capable and efficient human resources are essential to achieving this goal.

During the meeting, the ministry expressed its intention to build housing for civil servants (ASN), low-ranking military (TNI), and police (POLRI) personnel. An agile and efficient organization and competent human resources capable of meeting established targets are required to accelerate this goal.

Meanwhile, Rini Widyantini commented, “At the PANRB Ministry, together with the PKP Ministry, we are discussing how to strengthen the institution and human resources to accelerate duties and functions carried out by the PKP Ministry.” The efforts are expected to expedite and bring tangible benefits to the broader community.

Both ministries share a common vision of implementing Asta Cita as directed by President Prabowo Subianto. One key focus is developing rural areas and promoting equitable economic growth while eradicating poverty.

Minister Rini emphasized that the governance and structure within the PKP Ministry must effectively and efficiently oversee its core business, including ensuring support from skilled human resources. The PANRB Ministry supports the PKP Ministry’s organizational strengthening based on principles of institutional efficiency aligned with effective organizational governance.
