Heaptalk, Jakarta — The elected East Kutai Regent Ardiansyah Sulaiman and Vice Regent Mahyunadi were inaugurated as the Regent and Vice Regent of East Kutai for the 2025-2030 period. They promised to carry out the community’s mandate.

By 2028, Ardiansyah-Mahyunadi aims to achieve 80% of the development in East Kutai. In addition, the programs that were initiated during their first term will continue. “In the next 5 years, the Ardiansyah and Mahyunadi administrations will carry out work in accordance with the established vision. This vision will be synchronized with President Prabowo’s policies,” said Ardiansyah.

Regarding the inauguration, the elected East Kutai Regent Ardiansyah said that this simultaneous regional head inauguration differed from previous ones. 481 elected regional heads from the 2024 simultaneous regional elections were inaugurated together at Monas Crossing, Central Jakarta.

The inaugurated regional heads participated in multiple training activities, ranging from marching to technical briefings. Ardiansyah explained that gathering elected regional heads who will run the government for the next five years creates momentum for building relationships that will later become an essential asset in inter-regional collaboration. He said, “I hope all regional heads can work together and synergize for the progress of the regions and the nation.”

After the inauguration, all regional heads will undergo training at the military academy. He conveyed that leadership is not only about winning the regional election but also about readiness to work genuinely for the people of East Kutai. “Vice Regent Mahyunadi and I are ready to synergize in implementing all the promised programs to achieve a prosperous East Kutai for everyone,” concluded Ardiansyah
