Heaptalk, Jakarta — The BNI Java Jazz Festival 2024 is set to electrify Jakarta from May 24th to 26th, 2024, at JI Expo Kemayoran.
During a press conference held at BNI Tower, South Jakarta, on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024, the President Director of Java Festival Production, Dewi Gontha, announced an additional surprise to the BNI Java Jazz 2024 lineup: an exceptional performance by Laufey.
“Laufey will greet Indonesian music lovers at the BNI Java Jazz Festival 2024 over two days,” she explained.
The high demand for Laufey’s special show prompted the BNI Java Jazz Festival to expand another performance by the Icelandic musician.
“We decided to augment a show on Friday,” Dewi Gontha elaborated.
However, Dewi Gontha assured audiences attending Laufey’s performance on Saturday that they would not be affected by spoilers from the Friday show.
“This happened due to the differences in the show formats on both days,” she concluded.
The Jakarta International BNI Java Jazz Festival 2024 presents 11 stages filled with 120 performances from 94 performers consisting of 17 groups of foreign musicians and 77 local musicians.
