On March, Damai Putra Group reportedly carried out three MoU signings with three giant companies, one of which is Santika Indonesia Hotel.
Heaptalk, Jakarta – Indonesia’s property developer, Damai Putra Group performs multiple collaborations aggressively to drive its business growth with both domestic and international stakeholders.
Recently, the property developer has collaborated with Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts concerning the construction of Kampi Hotel in Kota Harapan Indah, an exclusive area developed by Damai Putra Group in Bekasi. The cooperation was marked by the MoU signing that was attended by the Chairman of Damai Putra Group Benny Gunawan, Widiastuti Angka Wijaya, and Managing Director Damai Putra Group Caezar Joey Choong, as well as the Director of Santika Indonesia, Johanes Widjaja, and GM Corporate Business Development & Sales Marketing Santika Indonesia Sudarsana.
To open more business opportunities in Kota Harapan Indah, the Company also ties up with Korea Overseas Infrastructure and Urban Development Corporation (KIND). The MoU signing was performed by the Managing Director of Damai Putra Group Caezar Joey Choong, and Vice Presiden Executive of KIND Byung Chul Won. This agreement was also witnessed by West Java’s Governor Ridwan Kamil.
The property developer also signed MoU with a Swiss-based company, International Workplace Group (IWG), concerning Service Office facilities. The cooperation is expected to provide office spaces which present flexibility in Kota Harapan Indah and other places around Bekasi.
In addition to strengthening collaboration with companies, Damai Putra Group also fortifies its relationship with stakeholders, especially with local government. As a concrete action, the property developer held iftar together with South Tangerang’s government, particularly village heads, district heads, sector police, and the commander of the army administrative unit, last Tuesday (03/28).
