Heaptalk, Jakarta – Park Hotel Cawang, Jakarta is gearing up to greet the guests with a special dish and multiple attractive promotions during Ramadhan. To welcome the glory of Ramadhan, the three-star hotel will adopt “Back to Kampoeng” as its food and beverage theme.
Chef of Park Hotel Krisna conveyed, “We will present traditional food and beverages from various regions across the archipelago in this Ramadhan. Thus, our guests can flashback to their hometown nuance and reminisce.
Krisna also added that the hotel also would serve takjil (sweet food eaten upon breaking fast), a traditional snack, gorengan (deep-fried snacks), soup, and desserts. Roasted chicken, lamb rack, roasted duck, and other dishes also will be offered.
During media gathering (03/09), the authentic taste chosen was local food from Madura. The hotel served Soto Madura (an aromatic soup containing primary cuts of beef and cow innards) and Satai Kelopo (beef satai seasoned with coconut).
To enjoy this menu, the hotel also provides Early Bird promotion that is priced at Rp 235,000 net/ person. This promotion is available until 22 March. The Park Cawang also has prepared special promotions for their guests who plan to break the fast together, namely ‘pay 9 get 1 free’, which is priced at Rp275.000 net/person.
