Heaptalk, Jakarta — Indonesia Energy and Engineering (IEE) Series 2024 is set to be held at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. The organizing of SEA’s largest engineering and energy expo will be different from its previous portfolio as the total number of exhibitors reportedly increased to over 3,800 participants.
Country Manager of Pamerindo Indonesia, Lia Indriasari, on the press conference of IEE Series at Plataran Hutan Kota, Jakarta (08/20) stated, “IEE Series 2024 will be different as we split the event into two main agendas, Energy Week which will be held on 28 to 31 August and Engineering Week on 11 to 13 September 2024. This is because the great enthusiasm from exhibitors to participate in this event”.
Lia explained the venue of the expo will be larger by covering an area of 100,000 sqm including the outdoor area. Multiple latest innovations will also be showcased while various stakeholders will meet and discuss the current and future issues of cross industries. Lia conveyed that by adopting ‘Advancing Industrial Sustainability’, the event will be the platform for various stakeholders to unite and strengthen cross-industries collaboration.
Regarding the event implementation, Energy Week will consist of two prime events, Electric and Power Indonesia and Water Indonesia. The 22nd Series of Power Generation Renewable Energy and Electrical Equipment Exhibition will showcase various electrical solutions, such as solar energy components. Meanwhile, the 3rd International Industrial Water and Waste Treatment Exhibition will present various solutions for water management and conservation, such as wastewater treatment.
On Engineering Week, Lia delivered that five main agendas will be organized simultaneously, spanning Mining Indonesia, Construction Indonesia, Oil and Gas Indonesia, GIFA METEC Indonesia, and ADEXCO 2024.
Moreover, through Connecting the Disconnected program, Lia delivered that IEE Series also connects industries sectors with education sectors by organizing Charity Golf Tournament that was carried out on 18 August at Royale Jakarta Golf Club Halim Perdana Kusuma. The output of this tournament will be distributed to students of Pertamina University, Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, and Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari in the form of scholarship.
