Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Halal Fair 2024 announced its three-day return on August 9th – 11th, 2024, at Kartika Expo, Kartini Hall, Jakarta. Following the previous agenda series at the Jogja Expo Center last May, the three-day expo will feature tremendous programs regarding the Sharia industry, including Muamalah, Sharia Business, and Islamic education programs.
“We collaborate with the Khadeejah Center to organize sharing session specifically for Muslim women to discuss mental health issues and provide them opportunity to consult directly with experts. Visitors can also participate in a series of free talk shows and workshops during the exhibition,” Project Director of WPCitra, Satrio Sukur, said.
In the latest Halal Fair edition, WPCitra will present around 136 exhibitors of about 117 halal brands from diverse business categories, including sharia financial, halal beauty, tour and travel, fashion, hajj umrah, education, culinary, and other multiproducts.
In conjunction with RIHLA, the Halal Fair will perform a series of seminars discussing an Islamic perspective, combining visualization and an attractive atmosphere. The organizer will also present attractive programs on the stage, such as a live cooking show. The Halal Fair expects to attract around 30,000 visitors by featuring enticing programs and halal products.
“Indonesia’s challenge to become the world’s halal center is increasingly complex. Instead of spurring Sharia economic growth and halal business, strengthening the faith in human resources as an economic driver must be the main concern. Through this expo, we want to be part of the solution to the people’s problems and advance the Sharia-based economy and business,” Satrio concluded.
Previously, Wahyu Promo Citra (WPCitra) also held this halal expo at the Jogja Expo Center (JEC) on May 3rd-5th, 2024, in collaboration with Bank Jago Syariah. Around 111 brands from diverse business categories enlivened the agenda.
