Heaptalk, Jakarta — The Zora BSD annouced it has reached its sales target one year ahead of schedule for its final cluster named Kanade which was launced on July 2023. At the beginning of the second semester of 2024, Sinar Mas Land and Mitsubishi Corporation as the developers, reported that the cluster had been sold 99%.
This success is recorded to follow the sell-out of the four previous clusters in The Zora: Keia, Kimora, Kazumi, and Kiyomi. “The high consumer interest further proves that The Zora is one of the best residential and investment choices in BSD City,” explained Jeannie Kurniawan, Head of Sales and Marketing at The Zora.
Kanade is the last residential cluster in the Zora area. Its design, facilities, and materials reflect the concept of ‘Living in Harmony.’ Imported marble and low e-glass in the building materials add a luxurious touch while increasing energy efficiency. All functional spaces in the Kanade cluster face an inner garden, providing a fresh and natural impression that blends with nature.
Modern technology is also an integral part of every house in Kanade. Features such as home elevators, automatic garage doors, smart home systems, CCTV, and split ducts in some house types ensure that every home is visually appealing and provides optimal security and comfort.
Regarding its facilities, Jeannie revealed that the main facility of The Zora BSD City is located at Samasana Club House. This facility has an onsen pool, semi-outdoor pool, sauna, gym area, tennis and basketball courts, skate park, lounge, and open kitchen, offering an ideal place to relax and spend quality time with neighbors.
Moreover, its strategic location makes it easy for residents to access business and shopping centers, such as West Park BSD, Foresta Business Loft BSD, The Breeze, QBig, Ararasa Mall, GrandLucky Superstore, AEON Mall, Rans Nusantara Hebat, ITC BSD, and the newest lifestyle center, Eastvara Mall, which will soon be operational. For education facilities, residents can walk to Ipeka BSD School, which is close to Prasetiya Mulya University and Genesis School. Healthcare facilities such as Eka Hospital and Mitra Keluarga Hospital are also within close reach, providing security and comfort for all family members.
“The presence of these facilities ensures that residents can enjoy a healthy lifestyle without leaving the residential area. The Zora also has 5 Japanese-themed gardens: Ohana, Nami, Hanabi, Hoshi, and Kizuna Garden. These thematic gardens provide a lush and calming atmosphere for the residents. Each of these thematic gardens is designed to offer a different experience, from children’s play areas to tranquil meditation spaces,” added Jeannie.
The Zora area also offers convenient access, only 3 minutes from the Serpong-Balaraja Toll Gate Section 1A. Other access points include several toll roads, namely the Serpong-Balaraja Toll Gate Section 1A, Jakarta-Merak Toll Road (Kebon Jeruk Toll Road), and Jakarta-Serpong Toll Road, which is integrated with the Kunciran-Serpong Toll Road, JORR 2, Soekarno-Hatta Airport Toll Road, Serpong-Cinere Toll Road, and Jagorawi Toll Road.
