Heaptalk, Jakarta — MG Motor Indonesia proudly unveiled its first EV roadster, Cyberster, at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2024. This vehicle is claimed to combine the iconic heritage of roadsters with a modern, futuristic design.
Powered by dual electric motors producing 536 horsepower, the MG Cyberster can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.2 seconds. With a 77 kWh Ternary Ultra-thin battery, this vehicle ranges up to 580 km (CLTC). The car adopts F1 Schumacher chassis engineering, enhancing aerodynamics and overall performance.
Its exterior design features an electric convertible roof and automatic scissor doors that can open/close within 10 seconds, creating captivating supercar accents. The interior exudes a luxurious and modern ambiance, with a triple-screen panel that includes a 10.25-inch screen for the virtual instrument panel (IP) and two 7-inch touchscreens in the center (CTR), providing intuitive information and control. Y-shaped racing seats with lumbar support ensure driver comfort and safety during the drive.

The Cyberster is priced at Rp1,688,000,000 (on the road, Jakarta). MG also offers a special program, providing a lifetime battery warranty for the first 100 buyers of this model.
