Heaptalk, Jakarta — Indonesia’s Internet-of-Things (IoT) and software-as-a-service (SaaS) startup, McEasy, obtained Series A+ funding led by Granite Asia and participated in by the startup’s existing investor, East Ventures. This new injection brings the total funds of McEasy’s Series A to US$11 million.

“We aim to allocate fresh funds to expedite the development of new IoT solutions, allowing world-class artificial intelligence (AI) video-based transportation safety and driving customer-first supply chain ecosystem products. We will also deliver innovative solutions that address the critical challenges in the logistics sector in the archipelago,” Co-Founder of McEasy, Hendrik Ekowaluyo, said.

Prior to seizing this additional funds, McEasy also obtained US$6.5 million in Series A funding in July 2022 and accomplished seed round worth US$1.5 million in 2021 led by East Ventures. This startup utilizes this investment to develop a product-market fit, and bolster its presence in tier two and three cities.

“We are confident that the innovation brought by the robust team of McEasy plays a critical role in realizing more efficient transportation solutions for Indonesia,” Partner at East Ventures, Melisa Irene, said.

Founded in 2017 in Surabaya, McEasy is an IoT and SaaS company focused on transforming the transportation and supply chain ecosystem in Indonesia. In its journey, the company claimed to have achieved a significant milestone in the first half of 2025.

The McEasy Platform (MEP) offers comprehensive solutions for fleet management, including IoT mobility, end-to-end logistics delivery, and vehicle maintenance. Over the past 18 months, Indonesia’s logistics startup has boosted its six-fold strategic partnership with 1,500 companies. Its clients come from multiple renowned companies, spanning Cleo Pure Water, KMDI Logistics, MGM Borco Logistics, Rosalia Indah, and Tanto Intim Line.

“McEasy expanded its clientele substantially, demonstrating its growing role in the market. Their customer-centric approach and deep market insights deliver best-in-class solutions for Indonesia’s logistics ecosystem
