Promoting a diverse, nutritious, balanced, and safe diet
In addition, Ardiansyah invited all elements of society to campaign for the B2SA program. According to him, there are many foodstuffs around that can be consumed to meet the nutritional, protein and carbohydrate needs that the body needs.
He added, “Don’t let our bodies be filled with foods that are nutritionally unbalanced. The food contested today can be an example of a menu that can be consumed by families at home.”
Aligned with Ardiansyah, the leader of the Regency Mobilization Team of Family Welfare Empowerment Siti Robiah Sulaiman emphasized that this activity is not only ceremonial but also requires follow-up, one of which is by continuously socializing the whole community about the importance of consuming food in accordance with B2SA principles.
“Why hold a competition but we don’t implement it in our daily lives? I hope that with this diversity of food ingredients, children and families will start to like processed products according to the B2SA principle,” Siti concluded.
