Indonet records a net profit of US$12.5 million in 2022, the highest in the last 3 years

Indonet has three main service pillars that contribute to profit growth, namely connectivity, data center, and cloud with its net income reaching US$54.9 million.

Heaptalk, Jakarta — A digital infrastructure services provider company in Indonesia since 1994, Indointernet (Indonet), held a general meeting of shareholders in 2023 at the M-Ten Building, Kuningan Barat Daya Street, South Jakarta (05/25).

In the meeting, the directors presented the results of the company’s performance that exceeded the target set, both on the operational and financial side. One of the achievements is the fulfillment of the SLA for each service without critical incidents. Indonet also generated a net profit in 2022 of Rp186.17 billion or US$12.5 million (US$1 worth Rp14,959), an increase of 50.29% from Rp123.87 billion or US$8.2 million in 2021.

Indonet’s President Director, Karla Winata, said, “We are grateful for the Company’s excellent performance, both from an operational and financial standpoint, which has been able to exceed the targets that have been set. We recorded a net income of Rp822.22 billion (worth US$54.9 million) in 2022, up 39.89% from Rp587.77 billion (worth US$39.2 million) in 2021, through the execution of various appropriate strategies, we managed to record performance according to the planned targets.”

This growth came from three main pillars consisting of connectivity services which increased by 12.39%, data center services which increased by 168.33%, and cloud services which increased by 29.25% compared to revenue for each service in 2021.

In addition, Indonet has also started the development of EDGE2 in Q3 2022 and launched Epix and Crosslink products operating in Q4 2022. In the same year, the Company won an award as Distribution Partner of the Year from Alibaba Cloud and Vendor of the Year from Prodia at IT Vendor Awards 2022.

Karla added, the Company’s connectivity and data center services showed significant growth. As of December 31, 2022, connectivity services have successfully served more than 4,500 personal customers and more than 2,800 corporate customers, consisting of various segments such as the financial industry, fintech, e-commerce platforms, and other industries.
