Heaptalk, Jakarta — At Amplify 2025, HP announced over 80 new devices and services designed to shape the future of work, empowering individuals and business ecosystems to create and manage their ways of working (03/19). The launched products include AI-powered PCs and printers for SMEs and enhancements to its workforce experience platform.
HP’s 2024 Work Relationship Index revealed that only 28% of workers have a healthy relationship with their jobs. Companies and employees are seeking better work experiences. New technological innovations—from seamless device connectivity to AI applications—can help people work faster, think more creatively, and engage more deeply with their tasks.
Qualified as Copilot+ PCs
Enrique Lores, President and CEO of HP Inc., stated that the IT firm is translating AI into meaningful experiences that drive growth and user satisfaction. “We are shaping the future of work with AI innovations that transform traditional ways of working, seamlessly adapting to users’ needs,” Lores said (03/19).
The company has upgraded its PCs to qualify as Copilot+ PCs, including the HP EliteBook 8 Series, HP EliteDesk 8 Series, HP EliteStudio 8 AiO G1, and OmniBook X Series. Exclusive software, such as HP AI Companion, HP Go, and Poly Camera Pro, was also launched to complement these next-gen AI PCs.
Two new printers—the HP LaserJet Enterprise 8000 Series and HP Latex R530 Printer—were introduced, along with two AI-powered features to assist SMEs in printing and document management. The first feature simplifies scanned document sharing by using AI to summarize content and draft emails with attachments. The second offers automatic and guided editing to protect sensitive information, ensuring personal data remains secure on HP devices without requiring cloud connectivity.

For IT teams, HP has enhanced and expanded the capabilities of its HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP), including AI sentiment analysis, fleet explorer, and Vyopta integration. WXP also provides ready-to-use scripts, alerts, and dashboards to help organizations monitor devices and automate workflows.
Technology can also enable a seamless transition from work to play. Mohamed Ala Saayed, Senior Program Director & Fellow at Frost & Sullivan, noted, “Around 60% of gaming PC owners are likely to use their systems for work-related activities in addition to gaming.”
