OpenAI claims that ChatGPT, one of the fastest-growing consumer apps in history, has been implemented by teams in more than 80% of Fortune 500 companies.

Heaptalk, Jakarta — OpenAI has unveiled its Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot for businesses, ChatGPT Enterprise, available on Monday. (08/28)

In a written statement on the official website, this AI-based startup claimed this ChatGPT model offers better security and privacy, unlimited high-speed access to GPT-4, more robust data analysis access, formerly known as Code Interpreter, which allows technical and non-technical teams, such as financial researchers crunching market data, marketers analyzing survey results, and data scientist debugging an ETL script to understand information more quickly and enables to ask more complicated questions to ChatGPT.

“You own and control your business data in ChatGPT Enterprise. We do not train on your business data or conversations, and our models do not learn from your usage. This chatbot for enterprises is also SOC 2 compliant, and all conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. Our new admin console will let you manage team members easily and offers domain verification, SSO, and usage insights, allowing for a large-scale deployment into the enterprise,” said the OpenAI team.

Sam Altman’s AI startup revealed that this chatbot for business owns key differentiators. ChatGPT Enterprise allows clients to input company data to train and customize ChatGPT for their industries and use cases. However, the company will soon provide this feature called ChatGPT Business, following this Monday’s debut of this chatbot for the enterprise.

ChatGPT for enterprises’ debut comes as the AI arms race surges among chatbot leaders, such as OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, and Anthropic. To encourage customers to adopt generative AI into daily matters, these tech giants are competing to establish new chatbot apps with more advanced features. Perceiving an acute interest in an enterprise-focused chatbot, OpenAI claims that ChatGPT, one of the fastest-growing consumer apps in history, has been implemented by teams in more than 80% of Fortune 500 companies.

In the further plans, this AI company will expand the other advanced features, such as customization to securely extend ChatGPT’s knowledge with enterprises’ data by connecting the applications that are already used, availability for entire sizes to enable self-serve ChatGPT Business offering smaller teams, power tools like further Advanced Data Analysis and browsing that are optimized for work, and more tools for specific roles of customers, such as data analysts, marketers, and customer support.

“Today marks another move towards an AI assistant for work that bolsters with any task is customized for your organization while continuing to protect your company data,” OpenAI affirmed.
