Heaptalk, Jakarta – Noice, Indonesia’s audio-based application, announced its collaboration with an insight-led customer engagement platform, MoEngage. With the cooperation, the insight delivered by MoEngage is expected to support Noice to gain more audiences while building deeper connections with its existing listeners.
Founded in 2019, Noice has flourished as one of Indonesia’s largest local audio apps that offers local content to its users in the form of podcasts, radio, and audiobooks. Digital Report 2022 Global Overview released by ‘We Are Social’ and Hootsuite shows 37.5% of Indonesian listen to podcasts every week. Noice contains over 140 original and exclusive content from various genres, allowing the app to possess the biggest podcast network in Indonesia.
Despite offering music as its content, the platform’s focus on podcasts, audiobooks, and live audio makes the apps unique. Noice brings a mission to provide opportunities for its users to enjoy moments without screens at one time. The platform also closed a US$22 million series A last April this year, led by Northstar, Alpha JWC, Go-Ventures, and Kinesys.
During its first three years, Noice has collaborated with numerous stellar influencers and public figures, such as Vincent Rompies, Desta Mahendra, Andre Taulany, Pandji Pragiwaksono, Jerome Polin, Deddy Corbuzier, etc.
As the strategy to enhance its content production while reaching more users, Noice built cooperation with MoEngage. For Noice, completing its orientation process and building great listening habits is critical as these factors will contribute to the increase in user acquisition and retention.
By capitalizing on the insight from MoEngage, Noice can actively adjust its orientation path to promote their listeners finishing their registration process. In addition, Noice also utilizes messaging channels, including e-mail, push notifications, and app notifications, to remind its users about new episodes, which further allow them to enjoy more content.
