Heaptalk, Jakarta — Indonesia’s SaaS startup, Mekari, announced the acquisition of Jojonomic, the developer of a no-code solution called the Officeless Operating System (OOS). This strategic acquisition will expand Mekari’s digital solutions and services, which are designed to accelerate the digital transformation and sustainable growth of businesses in the archipelago.
The CEO of Mekari, Suwandi, said the acquisition was based on the shared mission of accelerating the digital transformation of businesses and sharpening the digital capabilities of professionals in Indonesia by providing innovative, agile, and scalable technology-based solutions and services.

Mekari provides various integrated business solutions, including human resources (HR), payroll, accounting, tax, and customer relationship management (CRM) to MSMEs and large enterprises. Since 2015, the company has supported over 35,000 businesses and 1 million professionals in Indonesia. The acquisition will pave the way for deeper customization and cross-product integration for businesses, specifically large enterprises. This move is expected to boost over 35,000 Indonesia’s businesses.
CEO of Jojonomic, Samiaji Adisasmito, delivered the acquisition this acquisition will allow more businesses to access the Officeless Operating System (OOS), a no-code and low-code platform that facilitates businesses in developing application software efficiently, even without in-depth knowledge of code development.
According to him, Jojonomic’s OOS is now available through Mekari and will open up new opportunities for businesses, both MSMEs and large enterprises, to expand the utilization of digital solutions to all business processes and activities.
